Hotspot shield is a program that hides your ip adress.So if an offer is only for someone in the USA and you are in another country,for example Italy.HSS will hide your ip adress so you can do it!
2-Is HSS safe?

-Ravenwood Fair:I think all of us know this game and for those who dont,its a game on facebook.When you open the game,scroll down and you will see 2 buttons.One is:Watch Videos and get free fb credits.And the second is another way where you can get them but they dont work in all countries.
Go to the first,and they will open a video.Watch it,it is 2-3 "SECONDS".When its done,click on continue.Then they tell you share and like,skip this step and they update this so dont worry.
Also i just found out that you can continue clicking the watch video button for more videos and the second is worth 3
If it doesn't show the buttons,you have to download hotspotshield first
